1. General Information

  1. The service provider is Patryk Ciepliński, conducting business under the name NeyHost.com, with its registered office in Poland, operating based on an entry in the Central Registration and Information on Business (CEIDG).

  3. These Terms of Service define the rules for providing game server hosting services by NeyHost.com to individual and business clients from Poland and abroad.
  4. By using NeyHost.com's services, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms of Service.

2. Orders and Payments

  1. Orders are placed through the website www.neyhost.com.
  2. Payment is required before the service is activated.
  3. Services are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., every 30 days) or on an annual plan, depending on the selected plan.
  4. The client may cancel the service at any time – the prepaid period is non-refundable unless NeyHost fails to deliver the service.

3. Game Server Services

  1. The client has full administrative access to the server panel and bears full responsibility for the content and configurations.
  2. It is forbidden to use the server for:
    • Illegal activities (e.g., DDoS, phishing, piracy),
    • Hosting illegal content, including child pornography, hate speech, etc.,
    • Cryptocurrency mining,
    • Sending spam or launching network attacks.
  3. NeyHost reserves the right to immediately suspend the service in the event of a violation of these rules.
  4. NeyHost is not responsible for data loss – the client is obligated to create their own backups.

4. Complaints and Refunds

  1. Complaints should be submitted to contact@neyhost.com within 7 days of the problem occurring.
  2. NeyHost will process the complaint within a maximum of 14 business days.
  3. Refunds are possible only if:
    • The service was not launched on time,
    • NeyHost is unable to deliver the service within 7 days of purchase.
  4. Lack of technical knowledge or incorrect configuration by the client does not constitute grounds for a refund.
  5. In the case of abuse (e.g., chargebacks), NeyHost may immediately terminate all of the client's active services.

5. Personal Data (GDPR)

  1. NeyHost processes personal data in accordance with GDPR regulations to the extent necessary to provide services.
  2. Data (e.g., name, email, IP address) is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the contract, invoicing, and customer support.
  3. Data may be transferred to third parties (e.g., payment processors, server providers) only to the necessary extent.
  4. The client has the right to access, rectify, erase, and restrict the processing of their data.

6. Liability and Force Majeure

  1. NeyHost is not liable for:
    • Service interruptions resulting from force majeure, hardware failures, or connection issues,
    • Actions of users or third parties,
    • Server configuration errors made by the client.
  2. NeyHost will exercise due diligence to maintain service availability at a level of at least 99.9%.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. These Terms of Service are governed by Polish law.
  2. Any disputes will be resolved by the court competent for the service provider's registered office.
